Welcome to AwakenChair, a platform dedicated to spiritual growth for directors. By accessing awakenchair.club, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, info products, or goods, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services

Our services include personalized coaching sessions, workshops, and retreats aimed at guiding directors on their spiritual journey. Booking is confirmed upon full payment. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, we will process a full refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before are not eligible for a refund, but you may reschedule as described in Section 7.

3. Info Products

Info products consist of digital courses, guided meditations, and e-books. Due to the immediate access provided, all sales are final once access is granted. If you experience technical difficulties, contact us via our contact form within 7 days of purchase for assistance or interaction of content.

4. Goods

Goods include physical items such as meditation cushions and journals. You may request a refund within 15 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To initiate, contact us via our contact form. Once approved, we will inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Shipping expenses for sending the item back are at your expense.

5. Refund Policy

The policies in Sections 2 through 4 govern refund eligibility by purchase type. All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary, but refunds will be completed within the specified period.

6. Non-Refundable Offerings

Certain offerings, such as exclusive retreats booked with third-party venues, are marked as non-refundable due to contractual commitments. In such cases, you may apply the paid amount as credit toward another offering within 12 months of the original booking date.

7. Rescheduling

You may reschedule service sessions without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled time by notifying us via our contact form. Requests made within 24 hours are considered cancellations and subject to the policy in Section 2.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on awakenchair.club is protected. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without prior written consent from AwakenChair.

9. Limitation of Liability

AwakenChair and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential effects arising from the use of our offerings. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant purchase.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
